1. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our holistic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage.

2. Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

 

3. Therapy & Session Refunds

• All therapy and group session bookings are non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
